How do I contact you for returns?
We get it, sometimes it doesn't work out! If you would like to enquire or process returns for your order placed with us, please email us at support@audeactive.com with your order number and return request and we shall get back to you with your next steps.
What is our return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.
How do i return the item?
You can make your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we recommend you use one that can gives you a 'Certificate of Posting' because unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for the parcel until it reaches us.
If you choose to send with Royal Mail we recommend all items are sent recorded delivery, if you have sent your item recorded delivery you will be given a slip with a tracking number e.g. DH 1234 5678 9GB if you enter this on the Royal Mail website you will be able to see if the item has been delivered to us and who has signed for the item. Once your order has been refunded you will receive a confirmation email.
A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been thoroughly checked and refunded.
Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.
When will I get my refund?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching our warehouse.
If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@audeactive.com so we can investigate this for you
